Very nice as always.

I'd be tempted to throw in some white streaks of rain and a little more of that background shading you have going to set up a three dimensional space for him to sit in.

Having said that though, it is also good as is in a very stark way with the crisp and present figure standing out against the background, without any extra fluff thrown in.

Very nice.  Mysterious even.  I keep trying to figure out what it is that he's holding in his right hand, slung over his shoulder.  It's almost as if he's hiding it.  It's not a gun, is it?

he repairs umbrella's and is holding the rods of an umbrella, so that he can repair if he gets any customers

ahh the mystery is spoiled :(

It could have been a small machine gun...

Then again, it's not every day I get to see an umbrella repairman.  That's kinda cool.
