Now that I've done that, on to the fun stuff! Hello world!  I'm a writer, a luthier, and a bit of a tech nerd. I've been researching cryptocurrency for my next book, and stumbled upon ArtByte. What a great concept! Cryptocurrency for the artist! I love it!

Welcome to our community!. Could you whisper us something about your book? We are good listeners and we can keep secrets....

Sure! My first series, the Project StrikeForce series, is about a domestic terrorist repurposed as a supersoldier for a secret branch of the US government called the Office of Threat Managment. It's a semi-literary, Elmore Leonard-inspired military thriller. I've read a lot of military thrillers, but I wanted to read a character-driven military thriller. So, I wrote one!

The Sam Harlan series is an Elmore Leonard-ish urban fantasy. I was heavily inspired by the film Near Dark, with elements of the Walt Longmire mysteries, and set in the Midwest.

Readers seem to love them. The best compliments I get are something like, "I don't even like [vampires/military thrillers] but I couldn't stop reading."

I will start with one (at least) of Sam Harlan.

I'm sure it is totally different but your StrikeForce description sounds to me (my fault, sorry) a bit like Clive Cussler, and I really did not enjoy any of them.

Right now, the first Sam Harlan novel is a free ebook at Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Come-What-Harlan-Vampire-Hunter-ebook/dp/B00LS4K4OY

It is also free at iBooks, Kobo, and Barnes & Noble, if you prefer those sites. Don't forget to tip your artist!  :)
