A lot of people underestimate the kind of graphic design knowledge required to properly make a game. I recently found a really great series that examines good and bad examples of such graphic design - it should be inspiring and educational, or at the very least entertaining. Let me know your favorite - or least favorite - examples of graphic design. I'd love to see!
Hey! I hope you're having a great day. I'm Arjen, though I often go by ArjenDesign. I'd like to explain what I do as an artist. I'm a Game Artist, formally educated as such at the University of the Arts Utrecht. I have a broad skillset when it comes to the visual - my work includes sketching, digital paintings, character illustrations, graphic design and even animations. Creativity, variation and adaptability are my greatest strengths. If you're interested in my illustrative work, please check: http://www.arjendehaan.com/illustrations.html If you're interested in game assets and animations I made, please check: http://www.arjendehaan.com/assets--animations.html If you're interested in my role as a game artist in larger projects, please check: http://www.arjendehaan.com/games--projects.html I hope I did this right! Feedback is always appreciated, as I know I have a lot to improve upon. My ArtByte address is: AL3NurpwrNVPgbuhL2CzC2YfjJBTmMLX2S
