  1. Circle Motif 231

My art is based on the study of natural phenomena. I’m fascinated with nature and all its changing forms. I especially love studying things that other creatures make. I approach my work in the same way that a spider would spin a web, or a bird would build a nest. It is in the simple gesture coupled with repetition that I find the most interesting results. *** ArtByte account: AVkKEn52GeazLPAatEDBWpsDYxuGYX37aa *** That is another artwork, please let me know your opinion about it.... <(O)> The Vitruvian Serpent<(O)> ~ "An homage to DaVinci's Vitruvian Man from 1490 and the divine proportions and mind expansion that its represents and also described first By Vitruvio, however, instead of Man and its divine and perfect proportions, I used the Serpent as a mean of representing the humam figure and all its imperfection and duality involved, as well the Sacred movement of the three Serpents, which triggers the perfect movement and necessary symbology of Creation and Light" ~ Acrylic painting on canvas 40x40cm By Rufus Jhonson http://xxxkull.com/ http://rufusjhonson.com/ https://www.instagram.com/rufus.jhonson/ https://www.facebook.com/rufus.jhonson/
