  19. ArtByte in Washington

Figured it might not be a bad idea to open up some dialogue on it since it went into effect recently. Washington has passed legislation which requires a license similar to the NY Bitlicense for crypto-currency exchanges and the like. ShapeShift, Bitfinex, Bitstamp, Kraken, annd Poloniex have all pulled out of the Washington market. I haven't seen Artbyte make a statement about this yet, but I'm assuming they will be pulling out too considering their stance on NY What are everyone's thoughts on this matter?
